Seoul: Samsung Life Insurance Co. on Wednesday reported its second-quarter net income of 793.6 billion won (US$573.3 million), marking a 0.6 percent increase from the previous year.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the company's operating income for the April-June period reached 915.4 billion won, reflecting a 1.1 percent rise from a year ago. Additionally, the company's sales experienced significant growth, increasing by 38.2 percent to 10.91 trillion won.
