Seoul: SK IE Technology Co. announced that it will sell stock to raise 300 billion won (US$217.1 million). The proceeds from the stock sale will be used mainly to finance its operations.
According to Yonhap News Agency, a regulatory filing revealed that the company plans to issue approximately 10.48 million common shares at a price of 28,600 won per share. The stock will be sold to investors designated by the firm.
