South Korean Bond Yields Experience Marginal Decline

Seoul: South Korean bond yields witnessed a slight decline across various terms on October 15, 2025. The 1-year Treasury Bond yield decreased to 2.295% from the previous session's 2.298%, registering a change of -0.3 basis points. The 2-year Treasury Bond yield fell to 2.473% from 2.480%, marking a change of -0.7 basis points. Similarly, the 3-year Treasury Bond yield showed a decrease to 2.520% from 2.533%, representing a -1.3 basis points change. The 10-year Treasury Bond yield declined to 2.856% from 2.871%, a change of -1.5 basis points.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the 2-year Monetary Stabilization Bond yield also experienced a decline, moving to 2.465% from 2.472%, with a change of -0.7 basis points. The 3-year Corporate Bond (rated AA-) yield decreased to 2.966% from the previous session's 2.975%, showing a change of -0.9 basis points. Meanwhile, the 91-day Certificate of Deposit yield remained stable at 2.540%, reflecting no change from the previous session.
