South Korea’s Major Cities Brace for Cloudy Skies with Scattered Showers

Seoul: The weather forecast for South Korea's 12 major cities indicates mostly cloudy conditions with varying chances of rain on Saturday.

According to Yonhap News Agency, temperatures are expected to remain moderate, with slight variations across the regions.

Seoul is anticipated to experience temperatures ranging from a high of 28°C to a low of 19°C, with a 20% chance of rain. Incheon and Suwon will see similar conditions, both having a high of 27°C and a low of 19°C and 18°C respectively, also with a 20% chance of precipitation. Cheongju and Daejeon are forecasted to reach highs of 28°C and lows of 19°C and 18°C, maintaining a consistent 20% chance of rain.

Chuncheon stands out with a sunny forecast and no expected rain, with temperatures between 27°C and 15°C. Conversely, Gangneung will also have a 20% chance of rain with temperatures from 26°C to 18°C. Jeonju and Gwangju are expected to have a slightly higher chance of rain at 30%, with temperatures in Jeonju peaking at 29°C and dipping to 20°C, while Gwangju will range from 26°C to 21°C.

Jeju is the exception with significant rainfall expected, having a 60% chance of rain and temperatures between 27°C and 24°C. Daegu will enjoy sunny skies with a 20% chance of rain and temperatures varying from 28°C to 18°C. In Busan, cloudy skies and a 20% chance of rain are anticipated, with temperatures ranging from 28°C to 21°C.
