Seoul: South Korea's major cities are set to experience a mix of sunny and cloudy conditions on Thursday, with temperatures remaining high.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the weather forecast for the day reveals varied conditions across 12 major cities, with a slight chance of rain in some areas.
Seoul will see cloudy skies with temperatures peaking at 36°C and a low of 26°C, with a 10% chance of rain. Incheon and Suwon are also expected to have cloudy weather, but with no chance of rain, and temperatures reaching highs of 32°C and 34°C, respectively. Cheongju and Daejeon are predicted to enjoy sunny weather, with highs of 35°C and minimum temperatures around 25°C.
Chuncheon and Gangneung will both see cloudy conditions, with Chuncheon experiencing a high of 33°C and Gangneung slightly warmer at 35°C. Jeonju and Gwangju will bask in sunny weather, both cities reaching highs of 36°C. Meanwhile, Jeju is expected to have sunny conditions with a temperature high of 32°C and a 10% chance of rain.
Daegu will match Seoul's high of 36°C under sunny skies, with no rain expected. Lastly, Busan will also experience sunny weather, with a high of 33°C and a low of 25°C.
