South Korea’s Major Cities Prepare for Rainy Start to the Week


Seoul: Monday’s weather forecast for South Korea reveals a predominantly rainy day across the country’s major cities.



According to Yonhap News Agency, Seoul will experience temperatures ranging from 20°C to 18°C with a 70% chance of rain. Incheon is expected to have similar weather conditions with temperatures at 21°C/19°C and a 70% possibility of rain.



Suwon and Chuncheon are forecast to have higher chances of rain, with Suwon experiencing an 80% likelihood and temperatures of 20°C/19°C, while Chuncheon is expected to see 18°C/17°C with the same probability of rainfall. Cheongju and Daejeon will both have temperatures around 21°C/20°C, with Cheongju having a 60% chance of rain and Daejeon a 70% chance.



Gangneung will also see a significant likelihood of rain at 80%, with temperatures predicted at 20°C/18°C. On the other hand, regions like Jeonju and Gwangju will enjoy sunny weather despite a 60% possibility of rain, with Jeonju expecting temperatures of 25°C/20°C and Gwangju slightly warmer at 26°C/20°C.



Jeju will have cloudy weather with a lower chance of rain at 20%, and temperatures ranging from 29°C to 22°C. In Daegu and Busan, rain is anticipated with a 60% probability, and temperatures are expected to be 22°C/20°C and 25°C/22°C, respectively.
