Seoul: Taeyoung Engineering and Construction Co. on Tuesday announced that it will sell stock to raise capital.
According to Yonhap News Agency, a regulatory filing revealed that the company will issue 408,544 common shares at a price of 2,310 won per share. The stock will be sold to investors designated by the firm.
