North Korean authorities have recorded more than 2.24 million cases of “fever,” confirming the further spread of what is widely thought to be Covid-19 infections that have not been identified due to the lack of testing facilities. The latest figure comes after the authorities recorded more than 263,000 new cases on Thursday, according to state media reports that cited the epidemic prevention authorities.
