SEOUL: A weather forecast released Thursday morning predicts predominantly cloudy conditions across South Korea's major cities, with a consistent low possibility of rain. Jeju Island stands out as the exception, expecting sunny skies throughout the day.According to Yonhap News Agency, temperatures in Seoul are projected to reach a high of 5 degrees Celsius, with a low of -2 degrees, under cloudy skies and a 20 percent chance of rain. Incheon and Suwon are expected to experience similar conditions, with high temperatures of 4 and 6 degrees Celsius, respectively, and lows of -2 and -4 degrees.Other cities, including Cheongju, Daejeon, Chuncheon, Gangneung, Jeonju, Gwangju, Daegu, and Busan, are also likely to see cloudy weather, with temperatures ranging from 7 to 11 degrees Celsius for highs and -4 to 3 degrees Celsius for lows.
