Seoul: Hyundai Motor Co. on Thursday reported its 2024 net income of 13.22 trillion won (US$9.2 billion), reflecting a 7.8 percent increase from a year earlier.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the company revealed in a regulatory filing that its operating income for the year saw a decline of 5.9 percent year-on-year, totaling 14.23 trillion won. Despite the drop in operating income, Hyundai's annual revenue showed growth, rising 7.7 percent to reach 175.23 trillion won.
