Seoul: The Korea Interbank Offered Rates (KORIBOR) showed stability across most terms as reported at 11:00 a.m. by Yonhap Infomax, the financial news and information division of Yonhap News Agency. The rates for 1-week, 1-month, 2-month, and 3-month terms remained unchanged from the previous session, reflecting a consistency in short-term borrowing costs.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the 1-week rate remained at 2.75%, and the 1-month rate held steady at 2.71%. Similarly, the 2-month and 3-month rates were unchanged at 2.67% and 2.64%, respectively. The 6-month rate also remained constant at 2.58%, indicating a stable medium-term borrowing environment.
The only movement was observed in the 12-month rate, which saw a slight increase from the previous session's 2.53% to 2.54%. This minor adjustment suggests a slight shift in the longer-term borrowing costs within the South Korean interbank market.
