Seoul: South Korean bond yields saw marginal increases across various tenors on June 11, 2025. The changes were noted in treasury bonds, monetary stabilization bonds, corporate bonds, and certificates of deposit.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the 1-year treasury bond yield rose by 0.6 basis points to 2.283%, compared to the previous session's 2.277%. The 2-year treasury bond yield increased by 1.7 basis points, reaching 2.404% from 2.387%. Meanwhile, the 3-year treasury bond yield climbed by 3.4 basis points, ending at 2.419% from 2.385%.
The 10-year treasury bond yield showed a slight increase of 0.6 basis points, moving to 2.837% from the prior 2.831%. In the category of monetary stabilization bonds, the 2-year MSB yield rose by 2.0 basis points, reaching 2.401% from 2.381%.
Corporate bonds also experienced yield changes, with the 3-year corporate bond (AA-) yield increasing by 1.9 basis points to 2.974% from 2.955%. Additionally, the 91-day certificate of deposit yield saw a 1.0 basis point rise, ending at 2.570% compared to the previous 2.560%.
