South Korean Bond Yields Show Mixed Movements on July 25

Seoul: South Korean bond yields experienced mixed movements on the morning of July 25, 2025. The changes in yields were observed across various tenures of treasury bonds and corporate bonds.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the yield on the 1-year treasury bond increased slightly by 0.1 basis point to 2.317% from the previous session's 2.316%. The 2-year treasury bond remained unchanged at 2.426%. The 3-year treasury bond saw an increase of 0.8 basis points, moving up to 2.475% from 2.467% in the previous session. In contrast, the 10-year treasury bond yield decreased by 0.6 basis points, settling at 2.843% from 2.849%.

Additionally, the 2-year monetary stabilization bond yield stayed constant at 2.424%. The 3-year corporate bond (AA-) yield increased by 0.6 basis points to 2.966% from 2.960%. These movements reflect varying investor sentiment and market conditions affecting different segments of South Korea's bond market.
