KOSPI 200 Sees Mixed Performance with NAVER and POSCO Holdings Leading Gains

Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index witnessed varied performances today, with several companies experiencing notable price changes. Leading the gains, NAVER saw its stock rise by 26,000, settling at 254,000. Meanwhile, POSCO Holdings also had a significant increase, with its shares up by 4,500, reaching 281,000.

According to Yonhap News Agency, other companies like Doosan Robotics and KPIC reported increases in their stock prices, with Doosan Robotics up by 1,500 to 68,900 and KPIC rising by 4,200 to 116,600. In contrast, several companies saw declines, including Hanwha Vision, which fell by 2,300 to 55,400, and Daewoong, which dropped by 650 to 22,750.

OCI's stock decreased by 1,000, setting its price at 56,400, while SeAH Steel Holdings saw a reduction of 900, bringing its stock price down to 159,000. Notably, SamyangFood's stock took a substantial hit, falling by 29,000 to 1,456,000.

Other companies such as SamsungElec experienced a rise, gaining 700 to reach 86,100, while Samsung SDI CO., LTD. increased by 5,000 to 210,500. Conversely, companies like Nongshim and Yuhan faced declines, with Nongshim down by 7,000 to 444,000 and Yuhan dropping by 2,100 to 118,000.

Overall, the KOSPI 200 index exhibited a mix of gains and losses across various sectors, reflecting the dynamic nature of the market.
