KOSPI 200 Sees Mixed Movements with Significant Gains for Korea Aerospace and Hyundai Rotem

Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index closed with mixed results as various companies saw both gains and losses in their stock prices. Korea Aerospace and Hyundai Rotem were among the top gainers in today's trading session.

According to Yonhap News Agency, Korea Aerospace's stock climbed by 4,100, bringing its closing price to 83,800. Hyundai Rotem also experienced a substantial increase, with its share price rising by 2,600 to close at 92,300. Other notable gainers included Kangwonland, which saw an increase of 820, and NCsoft, which rose by 1,300.

Meanwhile, several companies experienced declines. COSMAX faced a significant drop, with its stock price decreasing by 12,300, closing at 172,000. LGCHEM also saw a decline, with its price falling by 3,500 to 247,000. KEPCO KPS and KEPCO E and C dropped by 850 and 700, respectively.

The session also saw minor movements from other companies. SK's stock rose by 900, closing at 140,200, while SamsungE and A decreased by 370, ending at 18,070. Samsung C and T remained unchanged at 122,200.

Today's trading highlighted the varied performance of companies within the KOSPI 200, with notable gains and losses shaping the market dynamics.
