North Korea: North Korea's state security minister has publicly criticized the United States, alleging that its unilateral and militaristic hegemonic policies pose a threat to global peace. The minister, Ri Chang-dae, has promised a forceful response to these actions, as reported by state media.
According to Yonhap News Agency, Minister Ri Chang-dae delivered these remarks on Wednesday at a high-level security officials' meeting in Moscow, spanning from Tuesday to Thursday. The Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported that Ri denounced the arbitrariness and abuse of power by certain forces on the international stage, which he claims are undermining internationally recognized principles of international relations.
