Samsung SDS Aims to Provide Full-Stack AI Services to Client Firms: CEO

Seoul: Samsung SDS Co., an information technology solutions arm of Samsung Group, announced its ambition to become a comprehensive provider of full-stack artificial intelligence services aimed at assisting clients in navigating the era of AI transition. "AI transformation is not simply about adopting a technology but a long journey of complete change within a company. So a trustworthy IT partner is essential," stated Lee June-hee, CEO of Samsung SDS, during his keynote speech at the REAL Summit 2025 hosted by the company.

According to Yonhap News Agency, Lee highlighted Samsung SDS as an optimal partner for delivering full-stack AI services that foster corporate innovation. He emphasized that the company's services encompass all necessary components for implementing and operating AI technologies. The offerings include the generative AI platform FabriX and business solutions such as Brity Copilot and Brity Automation. These solutions possess agentic capabilities, allowing AI to autonomously respond to conditions, make decisions, and execute tasks without direct human input.

Samsung SDS demonstrated Brity Copilot's personal agentic services, which offer real-time interpretation across seven languages, including English, Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese. This feature facilitates seamless multilingual meetings without the need for manual controls or human translators. "Now we are facing a new era where AI agents perform tasks on their own," Lee remarked. "Once fully adopted in the workplace, AI agents will deliver unprecedented efficiency and speed."

The summit also featured keynote speeches from Michael Dell, founder and CEO of Dell Technologies, and Peter Pluim, president of enterprise cloud services at SAP, who discussed their business collaborations with Samsung SDS.
