Seoul: The Korea Interbank Offered Rates (KORIBOR) have shown minimal changes in their latest session, as reported by Yonhap Infomax, the financial news and information division of Yonhap News Agency. The rates were posted at 11:00 a.m., reflecting the lending costs among South Korean banks.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the 1-week KORIBOR remained stable at 2.50%, unchanged from the previous session. The 1-month rate saw a slight decrease to 2.51% from 2.52%. The 2-month rate held steady at 2.52%, mirroring its previous session value. The 3-month rate experienced a minor decrease to 2.53% from 2.54%.
Additionally, the 6-month KORIBOR rate remained constant at 2.53%, while the 12-month rate saw a marginal decline to 2.52% from 2.53%. These rates indicate the borrowing costs that banks charge each other, which can influence broader financial conditions in the market.
