KORIBOR Rates Remain Unchanged Across Most Terms

Seoul: The Korea Interbank Offered Rates (KORIBOR), as reported by Yonhap Infomax at 11:00 a.m., showed minimal changes in the rates across various terms. The rates are crucial indicators of the lending costs between banks in South Korea.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the 1-week KORIBOR remained steady at 2.50%, showing no change from the previous session. Similarly, the 1-month rate experienced a slight decrease, moving from 2.53% to 2.52%. The 2-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month rates all remained unchanged at 2.53%, 2.56%, 2.54%, and 2.56% respectively.

These figures provide insight into the stability of short-term lending rates in the South Korean financial market. The unchanged rates suggest a stable environment for interbank borrowing and lending activities.
